How long before my submissions go out?
      All search engine submissions will go out within 48 hours of us receiving your submission information and verifying payment. All article submissions will take between 2 and 5 working days, depending on our workload.

Will I receive a submission report on my submissions?

   Once we submit your site to the search engines you will receive a report on all the search engines, directories and link pages we submitted to. You will not receive submission reports on article submissions.

If I don't receive submission reports on the articles you submit, how do I know you are really building these links?

The easiest way to see that we are building you your links is to go to: http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/ enter your url exactly the same way as you gave it to us, example, http://1stbusinessreview.com, without the www. or with the www. depending on how you submitted it to us (you must use the http:// when submitting to us and for entering in the explore url box). in the open box labeled "Explore URL" Then click the "Explore URL" button and you will see the "inlinks" that are pointing to your site. Do this once a week and you will see the links growing.

I used explore URL but it only shows a few links, why?

Search engines don't pick up the links as soon as they are listed. You must remember there are billions of web pages on the internet and it takes a while for the search engines to crawl all those pages and pick up links. Also we only build 1 to 2 links a day for the 40 article links and about 25 links a day for the 500 backlinks. So if you have the 500 backlinks per month package, and you check after 1 week to see how many links you have, you may only see a few. First off it takes us a while to write the article and then create unique versions of the article for submission. These are human edited articles, not software generated crap that no one can read. So when you check for your links we may have only made 25 or 50 by that point and it takes a while for the search engines to find them. Keep checking "Explore URL" every few days and you will see your link count continuing to grow.

When will I start seeing results from my campain?
      That depends.... some people will start seeing results almost instantly, while others will not start seeing results for 2 to 4 weeks or even months, it all depends on the package you purchased, the search engines bots and how much competition there is for your targeted keyword phrases.

Why do I have to submit my site every month?
      Search engines update their results every 2 to 4 weeks, you need constant submission to make sure you are indexed on every update. Also the links we build for you need to be maintained by resubmitting them or the links will disappear and your ranking will fall. Also even with the permanant links we build for you (depending on your package) need to continue to grow to get and keep you on the first few pages of Google.

Why are links so important to the search engines?
      It is the same concept as word of mouth. If 100 people tell you that a restaraunt has great food you will probably try it. Now when other websites have a link on them pointing to your website, the search engines think that, that website thinks your website is something unique. The more websites that have your link, the more unique the search engines feel your site is, and the higher ranking you will get in the results.

How do I choose the keyword phrases I want to rank in the search engines for?

This is the tricky part, If you have a weight loss website and you want to rank in the search engines on that topic, you want to use 3 or 4 word keyword phrases like "best weight loss programs" or "top diet programs reviewed" trying to get 1st page on Google for "weight loss" or "diets" can be done, but it could take up to a year, even with our best package due to all the competition for those words, there is no magic carpet ride to get you there any faster no matter what anyone tells you, you need links and lots of them.

On the other hand dont choose a keyword phrase like "find all the best weight loss and diet programs here" while we will get your site in the #1 position on Google in a matter of days or a couple of weeks, no one is going to type all that in to a search engine when looking for a weight loss program. You need to choose keyword phrases that people will actually use. You can use: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal to find good keyword phrases for your niche.

For example go to Google right now and do a search for "click here" you will see Adobe Reader comes up in 1st place. This is because they have millions of links all over the web that says, to download "click here"

That being said you need to make sure that the keyword phrases you target are on your website. Each phrase you want to rank in the search engines for should be on your homepage at least 3 or 4 times. You can rank for phrases that are not on your site at all, like the example above, but it takes longer.

How can you charge so little when other search engine submission services are charging $100's of dollars to just submit my url?
      Were not greedy..... Plain and Simple. We work out of a small office so our overhead is extremely low, we do not have an affiliate program, so we don't have to share the profits with other people, so we can pass this savings on to you.

I signed up to submit 1 url, Now I want you to submit another url for me, how can I do this.

      The only way to submit more than 1 url is to sign up again for another package and send your information for the second url.

I have been a customer with you for months and I have gotten really good search engine ranking, If I cancel my account will I still have the good ranking?
      It depends on your package, if we are only submitting your site using the basic submission service you will begin to lose your placement rather fast. If you are using our professional package you may retain your ranking for months even years, depending on the keyword phrases you have targeted, remember other people are building links for those keyword phrases also so when they have more links than you they push your site down in the rankings.

If I lose my ranking because I canceled my account, When I sign back up will I get my ranking back?
    You will but it will take some time. We will be starting all over again from scratch and it could take upto 2 to 4 months to get the full results again.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
      ABSOLUTLY NOT! We do not try to lock any one in to a contract, this is a monthly service and you can cancel your account at anytime.
